The flagstone pool deck was deteriorating and flaking off and not draining properly when it rained   This project required removing the flagstone, replacing it with travertine tile, and improving the drainage.

This project was completed in 6 weeks with 3 man team at a cost of $100/sq ft.  Skilled labor included: plumbing, carpentry,  electrical, drywall, painting, and mini-split AC installation.  It required busting up the concrete to lay to the plumbing, locating the main line drain, and tying in the new plumbing, adding walls, flooring, electrical, drywall and painting. 

We imported travertine tiles from Mexico and shipped it in from Long Beach saving over 50% on the tile.  This project took a two-man team eight weeks to demo and install 2,900 sq ft of tile.

The new two bedroom one bath features a beautiful tile shower, and modern kitchen with additional windows and tile flooring.
